Tension Release therapists are qualified to use a broad range of evidence based techniques to firstly assess muscular/ fascial length, strength and stability, to determine the cause of pain/ dysfunction and postural imbalances.
An individual treatment will be discussed according to what is appropriate for you on the day.
Tension Release fees are based on the length of your appointment. Normally we recommend 45mins for your initial appointment.
